Hello,

I have been in the US for 6 and I am going to Chennai to H1B visa stamping. The last 6 years I have been in the US and this is the first time I am going back to India for visa stamping. That being said, what do I give for Home address? Should it be India address(I will stay in my In-Laws). Or should it be US address where I have been staying the last 6 years? I work for a US based Insurance company. What do I put for local pay?

I was in similar situation, I filled my permanent address in India (my Parent's home) as Home Address. I provided my US Address on Travel page where they ask where you will be staying in US. I hope this helps.
