Administrative Processing -H1B approved after the interview
Hello,
I had my H1B visa interview on January 7th, 2020. The Officer asked me a few common questions (company name, job profile, salary, duration of employment).. and then asked if I was ever out of status on my F1 Visa, to which I said no (wasn't out of status).. She then APPROVED my visa. She did not give me any 221g form/slips.
However since then my status on CEAC is under Administrative Processing. I also checked my SEVP portal and noticed an update by SEVIS- Authorized End Date from 01/28/2021 (end of STEM EAD) to 10/01/2019 (Change of status to H1B)
Should I contact my university DSO to confirm the sevis update? Can anybody please help out with the timeline it takes to resolve this?
Also is anyone still waiting for similar issue?
