Need advice 221g refusal

My visa applicatoin got refused undersection 221g ., and the consular officer stamped at the last page my passport "application received".,Then i re-applied with all the documents which the consular officer required.,and i got other 221 g form menton that my visa application is under additional administrative processing.., have to wait until the final decision made., at the moment i have changed to new address.can i change the address in embassy or re-direct the mails in post office.
PLease advice any body cross this situation or just give ur idea
