Hi,

I am on a H1B Visa and presently working in TX. My company has applied and got LCA for me to work in TX state.

Now my spouse is moving to CA, so I need to relocate.
My company has agreed for me to work from a virtual office, so I will be working from CA for the same company located in TX.

My questions are:

1) Can I work using the same TX LCA?
2) If so, do I have to pay CA State taxes?
