H1B / H4 / H4EAD Changing Employer Impact

I am on H1B with Employer A and planning on moving to Employer B. I assume my current employer will revoke the approved I140 once I resign.
Does it impact my spouse's H4/H4EAD?
Do we need to apply for H4/EAD again with new H1B filing? Current H4/H4EAD is valid until 2/2023
Any issues with travelling on current H4 with stamping?
