Hi ,
I am currently on h1b status which will expire on 3/19/2020, so in November, 2019 my employer applied for h1b extension which got approved , the valid dates of new h1b are from 3/20/2020 to 03/19/2023.
Currently I have travel plans to India from Feb 5th 2020 to March 8th 2020 and I have visa stamping date booked for Feb 10th 2020. In the DS 160 form I am providing the new h1b work permit details.
My questions are
1. Will my visa stamping will be approved from 3/20?
2. Will I be able to return from India on March 8th with new visa stamping?
