Name Change

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am on H-4 visa and recently change my maiden name to married name
and consequently changed the Indian passport. Please let me know what
to do with I-94 and USCIS as they have my records with maiden name. I
got accepted for masters program and applying for change of status
from H-4 to f-1.

When you apply for change of status from H4 to F1, write your married name in the application and supply copy of the marriage certificate as the proof of name change.
