Need answer to question while booking appointment date

I am currently working in US on extension but my VISA stamp on passport has expired in May2008.

While filling up the online form for VISA appointment there is a question which states:

Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*

Could you please let me know if I need to answer this as 'YES' or 'NO'.

My understanding is that I am currently valid to work and hence the answer is YES. But I just wanted to verify before scheduling the dated.

This question has been answered more than 1000's of times in the forum. Did you try to search for it? You need to answer NO as the question clearly asks about your visa stamp in the passport. Your visa has expired more than 12 months ago. So the answer should be NO.
