    New fresh H1B filing while extension petition got denied

    Hi,

    I have used 3 years in my H1B and it's extension got denied twice in last 2 years and am in India currently.
    Can I go with new H1B filing with lottery while I have remaining 3 years left.?
    If yes, will I get new 6 years with new H1b?

    Pls clarify.
