Green Card Applying EB2 or EB3 Need to clarify

Hello Seniors,
I am having total 9 years of experience of IT field. out of that only 2 years in USA and 7 years in Home country.I am having Bachelors degree in Engineering. I heard if someone having Bachelors degree and more than 5 years experience can apply under EB2 category. Please guide me whether am i elgible for EB2 or not ? I am waiting for details reply. What should i do or not ?
