h1 transfer denied
Hi,
I transferred my H1 from employer 1 to 2 and joined the new employer 2 on the receipt.
Now after 11 months, the transfer got denied. And they are Appealing for the same petition and also filing new petition.
I'm little worried and planning to find a different employer 3. Can I do so? if so what will be the process?
My Visa with my first employer is still valid.
