I have joined Employer A(which is a small consulting firm) last year after i got laid off at my previous employer.I have been working at client location since July and they offered me fulltime and applied for H1B and its approved.I am trying to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer A.Between employer A and end client there are 2 more layers (a->b-c>d->) C is the prime vendor and D is the end client here.
Prime vendor is upset that client hired me without involving him(i am hearing a different story from my recruiter that they have been notified that they will be hiring few of the contractors they supplied to fulltime).Vendor is threatening me that he wont let me go-i didnt sign anything with vendor.My contract is only with my employer A.
How can i get out of this situation without getting sued?
