Urgent Help needed on H1B
Hi All,
I recently found this forum and thought it is very useful. I have a question about H1B. First time i got my H1B approval petition valid from Oct 2005 to Oct 2008. I was in US in Oct 2008 and my employer applied for my extension. But USCIS raised RFE for my extension and at the same my project got over due to recession. Due to this I had come back to India and working at offshore and later my employer withdrew my extension case from USCIS. As the validity of the H1B is 6 years can i file for my H1B extension thru another employer now? Currently I am working in India. Please help me in this situation.
