221(g) in kolkata - add'l info

I went to H1B Visa interview in Kolkata last week. They did not ask me any questions, just gave me a form and asked me to provide additional information - family details ( parents, siblings address and name ).

They said me that they will call me. I have emailed them twice at [email protected] but haven't heard anything from them.

Please could anyone help me what is the method to get an updated status on my case.
