Do I need to go for H1b Visa Stamping??

Hello:

I had come to US in 2008 on ABC company visa and then I changed to XYZ company in Jan 2009 and have the XYZ petition valid till May 2011.
The visa with company ABC is still valid till Sept 2010 but they have revoked their petition.
I am now planning to visit home country and be back to the US mid of AUgust 2010.
Do I need to get H1b stamping done under XYZ company as the valid I-94 is under XYZ company OR can I re-enter US under ABC company visa which is valid till Sept-2010?
