Hi,
I lost my job few weeks ago. I am running against time to remain in-status. I got two offers. One of them is from Desi consultant and other from my previous employer full time(they have a client project ready). The desi consultant is ahead in terms of timelines and that H1B will probably get approved sooner. However, they do not have a project currently and will be filing on in-house project. If I file H1B with them, is there a chance that if an RFE comes, my name will be flagged for greater scrutiny than normally done? I am concerned, it may affect my other H1B application. Since it is in-house, that is also my concern.
What if one of the H1b gets denied, will it affect my other H1B too?
Will appreciate your advice.
