    DS-160 question

    Hoping to get some advice on this.
    I am full time employee of mid size company X, with headquarters located in CA.My work location is MA.

    My question is, should I provide the CA address when asked about my company information or the location where I work? Or, it doesn't matter as long as I am consistent?

    I appreciate your help.
