I am on H1B full time with a small company since many years now.
My Client reduced hours to 35, so my employer says he is going to cut my salary now, I do not do percentage .
Is is possible? He says he won't run my paycheck for few months or not provide insurance or change my LCA.
I have an approved I140, will it affect it?
Should i consult an immigration/labor lawyer?
