Employer causing problem with Green Card

My manager is causing me trouble with GC application. She had deliberately given me poor performance so not to file for GC and may be let me leave the company. is it legal under Equal employment opportunity? do I have a case against her? somebody please suggest.

If they don't want to file your green card for any reason, there is nothing you can do other than find another employer.
