Hello all -
We filed for my wife H4 Extension, today we recived a notice saying it is rejected.
USCIS reasioning : The application was filed on an outdated version of this form. Pleasde submit your application on the correct version of this form with the approcpriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of thei page ( dallas address).
Question: is there a recent change in for I-539? if so what are the changes?
Question: Is there a change in the filing fee? if so what and how big of a difference is this change?
Question: is there anything we need to be worried about?
Please help!! we are very worried!! and lost!!
P.S we called out attorney and she said she needs to look into it but looks like she has no clue either...
