Hi All,
I have missed my four years son H4 Biometrics Appointment for USCIS Application. We have received a H4 Biometrics Appointment on December 2019 but I have completely forgot about my H4 Biometrics.
I have realized after my H1B extension was approved on March 2020. My son visa was expired on February 2020.
Could you please guide me did USCIS will allow me to reschedule the appointment? otherwise, what is the process to go forward.
Current Case status showing on USCIS website - On December 2019, we received your Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number xxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case.
