Status of L1 when H1 stamping is done

Hi All,
I Hope you are doing well.
I am in US with L1 status from company A. I will be in US till July 2020. But my L1 VISA is valid till Aug 2021. I have recently applied for H1 from company B and it got picked in the lottery. If my H1 petition got approved and if I go for H1 VISA stamping after Oct 2020, I have below questions.
1. If I go for H1 stamping will my L1 VISA get canceled even if my H1 stamping got rejected?
2. If I go for H1 stamping and my H1 stamping got approved, then my L1 VISA will be canceled? If Canceled, will my company A will come to know that my L1 VISA got canceled?

Here is my response.
1. If I go for H1 stamping will my L1 VISA get canceled even if my H1 stamping got rejected?
Answer: No. Rejection will be impact on concern status.
2. If I go for H1 stamping and my H1 stamping got approved, then my L1 VISA will be canceled?
Answer: Yes. L1 status will be cancelled. Hope you would have filed H1B petition with change of status. If so, then you are not no longer on L1 status from the H1B Approval date.
If Canceled, will my company A will come to know that my L1 VISA got canceled?
Answer: No. They will not come to know. But, when they check about your I-94 status through online, there they can capture your current visa status.
