H4- port of entry

Hi, To all

Now I am in H1b visa, I am in U.S, My visa is going to expired on sep'10, My wife wants to come to U.S on Aug'10, She has valid H4 visa going to expired on sep'10.
My question is, in port of entry they may object or not?
when is the last date to enter into U.S, For H4 visa status?

She can enter as long as the visa is valid. She will get an I-94 only till the visa/petition expiry date.
