  • H-4

I was on F-1 and had a chaneg of status to H-4 recently in the US. Now I am travelling to India and I would like to know which I-94 would I submit while leaving

    1) The one that I got when I entered US last or the one that is attached to I797??

    2) When I apply for H-4 in India for stamping, do I need I-134 or something like that?? ANy specific requirements for H-4 other than the regular non immigrant requirements??

Would really appreciate prompt replies as I leave for India on Tuesday.

    Thanks

You need to submit all the I-94's when you leave the country.

I-129 is the actual petition filed by your employer on your behalf to USCIS. I-797 is the approval notice. Check with your employer, they should be able to provide you a copy of the form I-129.
