can I have H1 and L1 both?

I am working in India for company A.

I got an H1B visa from a company B of USA and I will be joining then in March 2004.

My current employer in india is applying for my L1.

Is is possible to get an L1 when I already have an H1?

If I appky for L1, Will my H1 become invalid?

or It can cause some other probleem.
