I changed my job so which Law firm applies new H4 for my wife, But denied due to Not appear for BioMetric test.
But we never received any notice from USCIC to appear for BioMetric Test. We already had Biometric with her old visa (Valid upto 2021).
With my previous employer , her old H4 B visa valid up to 2021 and also EAD up to 2021.
Q 1 Can her OLD H4 B visa still valid? Can she stay or New visa denial she has to leave ?
Q2 We already had a Biometric test before applying a new H4 with my previous employer. Does every H4 renewal she has to appear BioMetric Test?
