Can I transfer my H1 after one month??
I got my H1 stamped on 29th november 2004 and I am going to join my new employer say A in feb 2005.
but recently I got new offer from employer B which is good and I want to join B.
Can I transfer my H1 to the company B before joining or worked for company A?
Is there any complication in it?
Is there any time frame I have to served company A before transferring my H1 Visa?
Please advice.
