H1-B Stamping after changing Employer

Hi,

I have transferred my Visa to another company.
My Visa stamping in Passport with previous company expires in Oct 2010 and the new H1- B validity(New I797) expires in May 2012.
So if go to India in June and return in July 2010 should i go for Stamping.
