h1b refused under 221g--further options

hi,

my H1b has been refused under 221g saying that employer cant provide me a job...and my I129 has beens end to USCIS for review ..

On USCIS website when I enter my case #, it shows the following status:

Initial Review is highlighted


Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER


please let me know what other options i have now

You will have to find a new sponsor who can support you with all the required documents.

I owuld like to know that during the review of my case by USCIS will i need to notify my employer or not ?

and secondly if i find a new sponsor and go for h1b stamping will the initial refusal affect >?

>>> The VO will look into your case a little more deeply as you already have a rejection. However, as long as the reason for the previous rejection is not you, then you don't have to worry.
