Came to US on L2 10 years back and got my EAD.
Started working using this L2 EAD and later my employer got H1 for me.
Both me and my husband working on our individual H1s with approved I-140.
I have been laid off from my job now and looking for options if I dont find employer who can file for H1 within time.
I know I can still convert to H4. But Is there chance of linking previously approved (L2 EAD) to this H4?
With difficult situation now, getting job may be very hard. Any other options I have.
