Thanks everyone for sharing the information and answering the questions. I have 140 approved with my previous employer A. Now I have been working with my new employer B for more than a year and got my Labor cleared with the new employer. As my new employer is preparing for filing new 140,the attorney is asking me details about my old 140, which i dont have . When i checked with my previous employer he is not willing to provide the details. My question is whether its mandatory that we need the old 140 information and whether if i did not mention about the old 140,it will cause the delay in the process. My six year H1 is getting over on March 2011, I did applied for labor with the new employer by Feb 2010 and got approved, so I believe my h1 extension will not have any issue.

    Please let me know...

It is not mandatory. But if you have those details, then you can recapture the old labor dates as your priority dates.
[Note:- I am sharing my views, contact your attorney for the best advice]
