  • Evidence requested by USCIS

    Hi:

My spouse got H1B transfer approved December. As lawyer asked additional $1.5K for H4 transfer, we decided to file ourselves. We filed my H4 in Jan 2020. Fingerprinting is done on Feb 2020. I got an email from USCIS last week stating that they needed this evidence.

"Submit evidence to establish that your spouse, ZZZ, has continued to maintain his non immigrant status. Such evidence includes, but is not limited to:

    * Evidence of the three pay statements prior to the filing date of the application
    * A letter issued by the employer, on official letter head and signed by the appropriate authority acknowledging that the principal alien has and continues to be employed by the company, to include the employee's name, specific position, dates of employment, location, and salary
    * Recently issued W-2s and/or other documentation that establishes continued employment."

Does this mean I provide all three evidences or just one of the evidence?

    Thanks.

As many as you can, the more the better.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.
