H1B Amendment denied from Mar 2020 but Petition valid until 2021

Hi All,
Recently my H1B Amndment got denied for Client B in Mar 2020 but petition is valid untill 2021 for Client A . Currently onboarding for Client A is On HOLD amid Covid 19 though they have open positions for me... I Justam with Employer E Currently. JUST wanted to check
1.what will be the status of my H1B status during su h situation?
2. Can I file new Amendment again for any client with new employer in premium?
3.How long I can stay legally until Client A onboarding started?

1. You cannot work for Client B, as the amendment is denied. You have to stick to the terms of your original petition and work only for Client A
2. Yes, you are free to file
3. This is where it may get tricky, if USCIS does site visits, and finds that you are not working at Client A's office per your petition's terms. There may be repercussions from this. Consult your attorney to confirm. Site visits aside, USCIS is not bothered about clients. They only need you to be 'in status' with pay roll running from your Employer. The moment the pay roll stops, you have 60 days to find another job or leave the country.
