H1B->Waiting for Stamping in India & Drop Box Question

I landed in Chennai on 3/1/2020 and don't have the H1B stamp on my passport because of office closure. I was supposed to go end of March for visa interview and it got cancelled, so still waiting for the office to open. Any impact because of recent EO signed? Any idea when the offices are going to open for visa interviews? My son is a US citizen and any impact if his stay extends for more than 6 months in India. He is on 10 years visa.

My friend had an dropbox appointment few days before the office closure. He still haven't received the passport yet. Anyway to expedite that?

I had submitted my passport for H1b stamping on March 16th and I am still awaiting a response from the embassy. Eager to know the recent EO would have an impact on the stamping or travel to the US ?
