Do not want to extend H1B now !! plz Suggest

Hai,
My H1B is expiring in Nov. 2010 and I came back to India in Jun 2010 completing 2.5 years in US, my salary was running when I came back. I do not want to extend my H1B right now. Can I utilize remaining 3.5 years later sometime(any time After Nov 2010)?

If, Yes please clarify my following dobts
1. What is the process to utilize remaining 3.5 years later, as I am not applying for extension right.

2. Within how much time duration I have to apply for utilizing 3.5 years of H1B, I think in that case I will just not be counted for the quota and can have any start date. am I right?

3. If my current employer do not file VISA for me again can I use this option with some other employer? keeping it in mind that I am not applying for extension right now and my VISA is expiring in Nov 2010. Please let me know the process to file with different employer.
4. Do I need to extend it right now than only I will be able to utilize 3.5 years of reamining period later?

Please help me with my quetions ...
