Birth Certificate - Concern

Hi,

I have a concern realted to my Birth Certificate. Actually, I was born in an industrial town Bokaro (Jharkhand) but my parents were residing in another town called Sindri in the same district at the time of my Birth. Bokaro was separated from Dhanbad in 1990 and now it is itself a District. My passport has Birth place as Dhanbad and I got the Birth certificate from Bokaro Muncipal office with birth place as Bokaro and the authorities there decline to mention Dhanbad anywhere on the certificate as Bokaro and Dhanbad are now different districts but they did mention on the ceritificate my parents residing address of Sindri at the time of Birth.

So, do I need to attach any document supporting the fact that Bokaro was part of Dhanbad at the time of my Birth as passport has Dhanbad and BirthCertificate has Bokaro.

If you can find any official document, newspaper clipping etc. attach that with an affidavit indicating the facts.
