I was working in USA on H1B visa. Now Im back in my native place and my marriage is over.Im planning to go back to US on H4 as my husband is working there. My doubt is that :
1)will any of my H1 documents be asked when I
go to the embassy for H4 stamping(coz my h1 visa is still valid for few more months)?
2)There were a few months in US when I did not have a project. Will that be a problem from getting a H4 visa?
3)Will my previous H1 records be checked?
