Issues regarding H4 stamping from India
Hi
I just finished my MS in Spring 2010. I already got admission in the Phd Program from Fall 2010. My new I-20 is already prepared by the school. But due to personal reason, I am planning to go to India and come back with my husband in H4. I will leave by mid July and will come back by first week of august.
My question is
1. Do I required to take care anything about my new I-20 or SEVIS record, or it will be automatically terminated when I leave the country?
2.Can I appear for H4 visa stamping in India immidiately after returnning or is there any time gap ?
