How to change first name while on H1B visa ?

I am on an H1B visa and wish to change only my first name on all my documents (Passport, Visa, I-140, SSN, Driver's license, bank accounts etc). I am Indian citizen with an approved I-140. Please let me know the procedure, and possibly the estimated time frame for each step considering the COVID situation.

Can I do this without leaving the US ?

You can file for a change of name in court. Once approved, you can apply for a new Passport, Visa, I-140, SSN, Driver's license, bank accounts etc.
You don't need a new H1 visa due to the first name change. All you carry is the old visa/passport, new passport and court documents that approved the name change.
H1 visas are not issued in the US.
If you MUST & WANT TO change this name on the H1 visa, you will need to leave the US and apply at a consulate

Thank you for the response. That was helpful. Can I change employers after obtaining the passport, SSN, DL etc with the new name while still having the old name in I-797 and H1B visa stamp ? Please advise. Thanks.
