Please Help: Peculiar problem - H1B Previous Employer Problem

Hi

I have around 5 years of work experience and currently i'm working in a tier 2 company. I worked totally for 3 companies before this, in which 1st comp is more of a freelance kind of job (no payslip, no emp id, no certificates etc). I mentioned this in my current company and they accepted it.

Now my current company has filed H1b petition which includes my 1st company (freelance exp). I couldn't stop it as it was system generated. I wanted to remove this 1st company since it will create problem during interview (like they may consider it as **** exp).

Now while preparing forms for stamping process if I remove my first company in the form then I would like to know if there will be any problem (because in petition 1st comp is there but in stamping its removed).

Could anyone in this forum please help me out in this? Will they really compare the data between petition and stamping forms?

They definetely have the option to compare with the actual petition. However, it is advisable to fill in information only for which you can produce the suporting documents. If asked about the 1st company in the interview, you can always explain the same what you have mentioned here.

Definitely I'm not going to put my 1st company but its just the fear I have.

If they ask me why didn't I mention my 1st company in the form then if I say that I worked there as a freelancer and that won't account for actual experience will they accept it or they will try to scrutinize further?

Will they compare petition form and stamping form for all cases or is there any specific reason for which they will compare?
