Submit the documents to VFS before appointment date

Hi All,
I have been going through VFS website there they mentioned one must submit all the documents related to H1b or H4 prior to 4 days of interview appointment.

I am really worried because with this busy season I am not getting any appointments near to My place HYD hence I have decided to go with MUMBAI.

But if I want to submit I need to travel twice or travel 4 days prior to interview date.

I am not sure about submitting via courier if that option is there it will be pain relief otherwise what options should I have.

Is it mandatory please share anyone has recent experience with this

I have just read this it seems I can submit to any VFS office nearby not necessary to where I interview been

So you're saying you will take interview in Mumbai and drop off at VFS Hyderabad?
It doesn't work.

Why don't you go thru Mumabi and Hyd US consulate web sites?

I have sent emails to the help line let see what they can tell

By nearest they mean Pune or Ahmedabad. It is the process in Mumbai and there is no workaround for it.

Why don't call up VHS helpline and ask?
