H1 Transfer and GC processing start

Hi ,

I got new extension from my current employer which will be 6 year completed and be expired on Nov 2012. Now i want to transfer the H1 to someother employer as I have other offer. I have applied GC just 3 month back from the existing employer. It is under processing.

1. Can I transfer my H1 to new employer.
2. will i have sufficient time to apply GC from the next employer so that I can get 7 th yeat extention.

1. Yes
2. Your labor (PERM) should have been approved or pending for a year for extension eligibility. Now do that math and figure out yourself.
