Visiting Canda - Is it possible on H1/H4?

I am on H1 and my wife, son are in H4. We thought of going to canada during this summer. Is it possible for us to get a Canada Tourist Visa while we are in H1/H4 and in US.

If yes, please let me know what are all the documents that we should produce (anything other than - I797, paystubs, bank statement, emp verification letter, utility payments).
