H1B Visa with EAD from AOS. Can I do 2nd job with EAD?

I'm on H1B Visa with Employer A. Can I take a 2nd job with Employer B and transfer H1B to Employer B? Update Employer A to EAD. Is this possible?

If you work outside of H1b, you violate your H1b status. So you would have to do both jobs on EAD.
