Do I need to apply for new EAD while my husband's H1B visa is transferred?

Hi,
My husband's H1B is valid until 2021 and so is my H4 and EAD. We both are working. Currently, my husband lost his job. So, we have 60 day grace period. If my husband get a new job, he need to file for H1B transfer and H4 transfer. So, what will happen to my EAD. Do I need to get a new EAD though it is valid until next year. If so, Do I need to stop working until I get new EAD. I am kind of confused. Please help..Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
Not required to file another H4 EAD if he files the petition on time. You can continue working with the help of previously approved H4 EAD. But please make sure, he has filed the transfer petition on time.
