Thank you for your advise. I DS 160 i have following questions
1.there is an ssn .I have an ssn but haven't work in usa . so should i mention ssn or leave the blank .
2.Iam going for h4 stamping and there is no option spouse/child working in usa ...in purpose of travel . which one should i select for h4 visa.
3.Are you Principal applicant.

2. What do you mean by option? Is that field a drop-down/radio? or just text box?
3. No
