H1-b Transfer RFE delay

Hi all,

How long does it take to receive the RFE documents after the online status changes to RFE sent from case received.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the documents yet. It is mentioned if I do not receive it by today, then I should request for a copy.

Is there a way to expedite this process? My H1 transfer case was filled using premium processing. But now it is taking a while.

Answer: If you would have filed the case in Premium processing then your RFE might be also receiving through Fax. Within two weeks you can expect physical notice to Law firm and Employer. If you are not receiving as per online case status portal date then you may raise a service request for requesting duplicate copy.
