H1 B travel in the Ban

I am currently in the US ,working fulltime for the same employer for the past 6 years my exension was approved in 2019 feb,i have to travel to india in september 2020,will i be able to travel get the visa stampend and come back in 3 weeks,or will i be impacted by the ban

No. If your visa has expired, it is highly unlikely that the consulate will stamp if prior to Jan 2021
