Help! Switching from F1 to H1B without completing PhD

I finished my masters in the US and was continuing on to do a PhD.

I received a job offer from a company and it seems like a better option right now.

1) Can I switch from F1 to H1B dir3ectly using my masters degree?

2) Will there be any issues during the h1 visa stamping. (Since i didnt finsih the PhD , though the job requires a masters)

3) Can i do the switch while staying in the country?

I would greatly appreciate any input from people in the know. This is really stressing me out!
