H1 Docs Drop!!

Hi I am jayakrishna,

This is regaring my brother, he is in US since 4yrs and now he is comming back to get H1 Stamped which is being sponcered by Company.

So my query is
1) Can he attend visa in Mumbai? Cause he belongs to Hyderabad permanent resident.

I have seen on the VFS site that if the preson is already residing in US on L or H type past 12months can attend mumbai Counslate for renewal process or Stamping.

2) For dropping the DOCS In counslate only he should go or any one can drop his docs in prior as specified.

He can go to any consulate and anyone else can drop documents, but must be done in person (no couriers or mail)
